Stabbing Pain Liver Gall Bladder

Untitled poem, Marjorie Agosin

Marjorie Agosin's poem expresses the struggle of people in America have gone through. She tells a story of a young woman who disappeared in Argentina. This story tells a lot about people in Argentina. The poet uses a form great poet to express how you feel. She repeats the phrase, "this is my daughter" to emphasize that the speaker is a real person. Then the other ends with a question and the question mark is the only score that is used throughout the poem. The poem has an identity problem, because it shows a real person is not in Argentina, however, this missing person because it was considered a "real Argentina." Disappeared because was too liberal and the question of authority in Argentina. How is someone supposed to identify with their country of origin if he or she is told to have no place in their country for their opinions?

I think the dictatorship of a country is the reason I question his identity and why they leave their countries, making them immigrants from other countries. A government can make people chose a side and if they are on the right side are forced to question his identity and home are. If you choose to leave is because they think is best. However, this begs the question whether to keep his true identity or adopt a new identity as a new immigrant country. Being an immigrant can be a challenge, but for some people this may be the best option. The American people are the strongest people I know, because of all the struggles they had to overcome.
